Chic white and bright, simply clean and fresh, with modern minimalist decor, our motto is 'clean on clean'. We use triple sheeting and have European Standard cork based flooring. We use health conscious cleaning products and essential oils. Our staff is dedicated to making your stay pleasant.

The building has been completely renovated, which means the security systems, locks and handles, windows, plumbing, electrical, insulation, furnishings and flooring are new and up to date.
 

4. Green
 

Environmentally friendly guidelines, materials and procedures were used throughout the construction process. Environmentally friendly cleaning products are used. We have organic cotton mattresses, manufactured locally in Regina that our guests love. We are committed to environmentally friendly practices. We encourage walking, biking and public transit and have free parking for cars and bikes. We are on a public transit route.
 

5. Affordable
 

All extras such as parking, WIFI, cable and breakfast as well as coffee and tea are included in the room price. We offer a small menu and a continental breakfast in our dining area. We have a separate food preparation area with refrigerator space available. Our prices are lower than nearby downtown hotels and we offer reductions for memberships, seniors and returning guests who book direct.
